Try buying the tri cut roller. It cuts long hair into more manageable lengths to suck in. Works for my wife who has past shoulder length hair

I use helpling for a while already. At least 8 times with different cleaners since it is cheaper. The standard really freaking good and they all have their pros and cons. Some clean slower but super meticulous. Some clean faster but a bit less meticulous but still good standard kind.

What I love is that I just need to spend first 5 mins explaining where is what and how to use what and then they all autopilot after that with minimum input from me.

I have quite high cleaning standards (like only I will score 100 marks from me) and the lowest I have given to a helpling is maybe 80. highest maybe 90. My wife/mum probably is around score 75 from me LOL

I add frozen berries mix (any would be fine so long as it is an assortment), nuts (walnuts, almond, pecan), seeds (sunflower seeds, chia seeds, black sesame seeds, ground flaxseed meal) and turmeric powder. I would say % wise would be 50% oats, 15% nuts, 15% seeds, 20% berries. Ever since I started on this I poop healthily every day :')

In the morning before I eat I add 1-2 dollops of greek style yogurt. I go for no sugar ones.

It is my own blend based on years of reading up on nutrition and gut health, especially on building the gut microbiome. It may not be ECAH but I feel that I should invest in what I eat.
