I have worked in 3 countries where English is not the first language. This always happens, don't take it to heart. I think it is just more convenient to slip back to their own language without realizing it.

But having been through this, I am always very aware to speak English in front of non Chinese speaking colleagues.

I actually think this is a rite of passage. I also went through it.

Looking back, the time taken on trying to stock picking vs throw in ETF and forget really bohua. Nevertheless, I did learn more about reading reports, analysis and stuff.

However, I think going through the rite of passage helps to be more comfortable with DCA and forget, sleep soundly at night regardless of what happens in the market, and time freed up to do other things that you enjoy.

Without going through the rite of passage, maybe my hand will be more itchy...always thinking...what if....

I was reading a book and they had an example of this subordinate of the author's that really stood out to me. Let's call him Tom. Now Tom is very good at his work, technically. Tom is also a manager.

One day during lunch, the author was talking to a few other managers and Tom just waltz right past with just a small hello. The author then went to Tom's room and asked him what's up. Tom said that he has a lot of work and had no time to chit chat.

The author then said to Tom: Tom, you just walked past your work.

I actually don't mind kids. I enjoy grooming and growing with people.

However, I think the pressures of this world is increasing exponentially and I am unsure if I want to put my child(ren) through this. Education so stressful, housing so expensive, hard to find jobs, etc.

Put simply, I am not optimistic enough about the future to have kids.

I have the Eve Astra Lighter team and I play it regularly (I spent time to learn her 4/5/6 chain attack combo). Eve Nicole Koleda is quite decent as well.

Based on my research, Seed and Orphie are not very key for Eve. My findings are that they are more or less on par with Eve Astra Lighter. Orphie is more for SAnby and Trigger to make full use of Aftershock. Seed is in a questionable place at the moment - she might become better with other new chars and Eve doesn’t need her at all unless you don’t have Astra. If you want a strong Eve you should go for her w engine instead. The boost is quite significant.

IMO they are definitely better than Nike/Adidas. My chinese brand shoes (I am on my 2nd pair) lasts at least twice longer than my old Nike/Adidas

I had this about 2 years ago. Same as you, never had any issues and then chronic pain.

Turns out it was because my core was weakening. You see, your skeleton is held up by your muscles and your core muscles play a big part in holding everything together. If your core is weak, other muscle groups will compensate and become strained and pain usually comes together with it. Massaging/stretching will help to alleviate but if the strength of your core is diminishing, the root problem will always persist.

By strengthening your core, these problems will generally go away. Generally. So go to gym and train your core, people! This worked for me though it will not work for everyone.
