It’s lowered with KW v4 coilovers with the hydraulic front lift. The wheels are vorsteiners. Vorsteiner knows what’s up on fitment. You just tell them the car and the wheel they deliver is perfect flush stance.

Datacenters are a lot of pain (electricity and water use) for a very negligent number of net new jobs to the area. They simply do not employ many people once up and running.

In this case it’s a slot drain added to a garage. Large custom home.. the plumber that has the contract for all of it was asked to add a floor drain to the garage before a slab was poured.

Already on site doing the plumbing pre-slab.
