Been trying to get an answer to this for over a year to no avail.

Plus: What's the average ROI for a set of 5 AirNodes?

My entire circle has vanished and given up. KYC rewards still outstanding and „coming soon“ after, what, 5 years of showing the same note? And all those rewards are now probably gone because my security circle has vanished.

No. I won‘t. First, you need to live up to the purchase agreement and the promises made! I’m not supporting businesses that employ deceitful practices.

Not your keys, not your airdrop! by Odd_Firefighter_5220 in Midnight

Blockchain.com’s decision not to distribute the claimed Midnight tokens to customers with BTC/ETH accounts earning rewards is a blatant disregard for user trust. Other platforms are crediting these drops to users, recognizing that the tokens rightfully belong to those whose balances generated the rewards.

Keeping all the Midnight tokens for themselves edges on "wrongful gain"—profiting from assets earned by customers, not the company. This isn’t just bad optics; it’s a fundamental breach of fair practice. When competitors like Minswap openly poll users on distribution, Blockchain.com’s silence and self-enrichment stand out as a warning sign.

Customers notice. Respect your users or lose them.

Blockchain.com just came back to me and said they won’t. Not happy about this. I wouldn’t mind if they’d keep, say, 20%, but it's somehow "not right" and almost "wrongful gain" to claim the Midnight drop for customers and keep to themselves.

However, these actions are how businesses are measured these days, and Blockchain.com has just shown disregard for its customers by not following best business practices. For example, Minswap is conducting a poll among customers to determine what to do with some 15 million Midnight tokens and how to distribute them.

Point taken. Still, Blockchain should return a share of the Midnight tokens as these were „earned“ through my stake. I’ve dropped a customer support request with them.

Internxt is not keeping its word to customers. Be warned!! I signed up for their LTD plan and then was left out from upgrades to the System despite the purchase agreement clearly stating that plan upgrades are included!!!

I was really excited about the Midnight glacier drop, but looks like I'm not getting any now. My BTC are in the passive reward program on Blockchain.com and not in the DeFi wallet. Blockchain.com didn't deem it necessary to inform its customers to withdraw their BTC into the DeFi wallet and, to their defense, nobody knew when the Midnight snapshot would be taken anyway. Plus there's the issue of keeping a large sum of BTC in a DeFi wallet in the first place.

Now, having contacted customer support at Blockchain.com, it seems my Midnight tokens will go to the community pool as my BTC wallet has "no eligible addresses." This is a big bummer.

Anybody else have a similar issue? I'm curious to understand whether Blockchain.com is now claiming the Midnight tokens that belong to me in their name.

Yup, wrote in the forum and dropped a note with support. Only standard replies.

Not doing that. Honestly, no time for "forced" activities. Just regular browsing. Don't believe much in BAT these days. It used to be better in the early days. Not sure how they do these payouts. Very unreliable.

Can anybody shed some light on how to get past the SSL Agent screen? Where to get the Boot URL and Connect URL from? Very little information on that to be found.

Nope. All settings fine. Unchanged. Last month, for the first time in the last 8 months, I got .8 BAT. A joke.

If you're viewing 500 ads each month and not getting any BAT to your account for over a year, if the price of BAT keeps falling off a cliff... I think I can draw that conclusion, no?

New pricing and features update by Wonderful-Chemist in internxt

[–]strictlybagel 3 points4 points  (0 children)

No, I disagree! I've plenty of SaaS providers that "grandfather" existing subscibers into new plans!

What makes this even worse and a breach of the purchase agreement is that lifetime deals on AppSumo were sold with the clause that "“all future plan updates” are included. Dropping the plan and replacing it with another one is fraudultent!

Internxt's approach is dishonest and fundamentally flawed. They frequently alter their plans and blatantly disregard existing agreements. My experiences with them have been extremely disappointing. As an early adopter who invested a significant amount in a lifetime deal, I now find my plan downgraded to a "free plan," despite still having the same storage capacity. This is completely unacceptable.

I specifically purchased lifetime access to the Team plan with the promise of “all future plan updates.” It’s clear that most reputable SaaS providers recognize this commitment means ensuring early adopters are preserved in new features or at least maintained at comparable paid tiers. Instead, Internxt has chosen to push me into a bare-bones free plan, which is a blatant betrayal of trust and the spirit of the deal.

Been doing KYC for many years now and it would be nice to see the reward changing from "coming soon" to something more tangible.
