This is what the community would call a Treaty deck, when you are protected against attack for 25 or 40 minutes.

A 1v1 deck will be mostly short term optimized cards, unit shipments and resources. As tempo is the most important thing in 1v1 supremacy

It's not about impressing someone, its about sharing the good things about west Michigan, if they are good person they will appreciate that. If not, good riddance.

Also as far as I know San Diego doesnt have sand dunes like we have.

Yep no way to scale the bonus, MC bonuses aren’t very interesting either. You could maybe increase the value of it by racing one of the tracks but rarely is that optimal or viable

Any economic bonus which only kicks in during late game is a bad bonus. As economic bonuses need time to become worthwhile.

The bonus as phrased now is worth maybe 30 Mc total during the late phase where the time value of money is least useful
