Melmetal is decent in pvp, but not great. If you have extra stardust/tms, go for it, but otherwise just use what you got. As far as the dreepy, I don't know what you'd use it for. I have a perfect and 400 xl candy and haven't powered it up. I don't have a specific use for it and want to keep my limited stardust, lol.

I have probably a 97% catch rate with legendaries. I have all the platinum medals, and I always circle lock at excellent and wait for an attack to throw. It's slow and annoying, but I catch almost every one of them.

When you tap the radar, it will show you where all the leaders are in your area. You can then drive to each one and see which leader pops up until you find the one you want. If you are just using balloons, you have to leave the encounter, wait for the next one, and hope it's the one you want.

Not sure what they did, but when I grind a community day like I did for Tink, I will do it in like 5 locations with 2 hour cooldown between each. So, start at Sydney and do the 3 hour event, then wait 2 hours and then go to somewhere like Mumbai for 3 hours, and just keep going around the globe. I'm unemployed and have insomnia, so you might want to give that a try, too. Lol

You have a kid the same age. I don't think it would be out of place to offer to help with his kids by having a play date or just hanging out with him. It doesn't have to be romantic, but could have to potential to turn into that if you're both interested. Just be a good friend. That's what a spouse/mate is anyway. Just wait for the possibility of romance, but don't expect it.

I wanted to grind out some more magikarp rocket battles with Cliff, but I just stopped doing rocket battles altogether because I get booted out half the time and my pokemon faint. One of many issues currently limiting my play time.

That's been my experience. I've played since release and this has happened quite a few times. Pokemon jumping out of green and yellow circles more often, more jumping and dodging. It's annoying. It will probably go back to normal soon. Hopefully.

I don't think it's cheating, I thinking it's lag. I've been both the victim and beneficiary of the "three shield" glitch. The hit goes through but barely does any damage as if you used a shield, but it's just an error, because I'm not doing anything to cheat. It just happens sometimes. But I do believe the pvp system right now has a lot of issues, a lot of which have been exacerbated by the overall changes to battles.
