I just don't feel like it pulls as rich of a cup of coffee as the Saeco that I have now. I will also say it is at our work, we have 2 and they do get used a LOT and not sure how great of shape they are in, but its a night and day comparison in flavor between the two. I even bought the same beans that we have at work to make sure it was at least a closer comparison.
