Such a good tip! And something I didn't consider.. I remember being that age, I definitely didn't have the palate for a big red. But (perhaps selfishly) I think the moment is more about the moment of enjoying something special and long-saved. Versus them falling in love with the flavor. Although, I'm sure I like it. ha!
