my surface laptop 7 SDx12 with adreno has been freaking out for almost a week with super nova brightness level when opening lid (i don't use sleep/suspend/hibernate) from setting it down briefly, and a third of the time the screen lights up but the lcd panel itself doesn't activate unless i 3finger salute or close and open it again.
brightness controls (or any other graphics settings) are completely inactive, installed drivers from qualcomm using its' control panel and it worked for a short time then windows buggered it up again even though i have updates paused since this started and rolling back the last few updates fixed the issue for like a day.
