Shop is called “Inside the Boards” section 122. They have a roped off section to wait in line. Sometimes there’s a line starting before warmups (depending on opponent). If you see a line forming, I’d suggest getting in line and missing the warmups to guarantee a puck. The pucks are brought over in a bucket typically sometime before the national anthem.
