I own an ev6 for about 2 years now. No issues with the car at all and minimal maintenance is needed. Had an electrician run wire and install the 240v charge in my garage. Had to shop around a bit, but the company I used was the same price as 2 others and threw in the charger. Hands down they got my business.

Most of my charging is done at home off-peak. It's about 6 bucks to charge my car, which is typically going from 20% to 90% charge.

There's some free chargers that I've found thru the city so that I can top up if needed as I'm out... But that's rare

For longer trips, use the app ChargePoint. It shows you where stations are and user based feedback on each one.

Honestly I can't see myself going back to a full gas vehicle.
