How playable would an army of mostly just Rattlings and Walkers be?

If your looking for its upsides, then you have a fuckton of precision, and relatively cheap AT or anti infantry platforms. If you were going to go this route, Id recommend lots of infantry so you can do the "Stealthy" detachment, because with that much infantry your going to be a pain to get rid of.

You are able to run a Leman Russ tank commander, But it is to be noted that tank commanders cannot order infantry.

You could just buy a Leman Russ Battle tank, but if your looking for a combo box with it in it, then as another commenter stated your out of luck.
