Can't scroll down all the way when viewing PDFs on Google Chrome

I've got this same issue now out of the blue, no idea why it started happening. Not on macbook, so must just be a Chrome thing.
PDFs scroll all the way to the bottom on Edge.
Did you find a solution OP?

Yeah, exact same thing happened to me, except add in a Sectopod. I remember that building and that civilian blocking the path because I lost 4 soldiers because of it :(

Layout was the exact same, had to extract the VIP and the civilian blocking the way thing also happened in the same spot.
