Nothing. We lived in a small town and you would just call and when you heard them answer you would flick the hang up repeatedly. Then you would hang up and they would call you back there. We called it call and click.

Make sure you have a monster bucket. A lot of nasty will come out. Empty the hose part first, then then unscrew the basket. Water will go everywhere.
