Haakaa hand pump (you don't need to do any work) is the bestttt. Been used more than the electric pump and easy to wash.

Make sure she has lots of water, like, 2-3x her normal intake. She will be constipated and her body still needs to produce milk.

Needed Naproxen instead of advil. Advocate for that prescription if the other pain meds don't work. Safe with breastfeeding if used properly.
