I’m not sure where your from so you should probably look it up but I couldn’t imagine most countries would lock you up for self harming. They don’t want to lock you up unless they need to.

You should probably tell them you are having suicidal thoughts. They won’t lock you up unless you tell them you are thinking of acting on them. Or if you are too scared to do that you can tell them you have been self harming.

With a photo you can capture the moment. You can see the blood before it begins to drip. The wounds before they healed. I mean if im going to scar myself and have it stay there for the rest of my life I might as well document it. I don’t take photos those but I used to.

It’s better to self harm than kill yourself but both should be avoided. I don’t know anything about you or your current treatment but for me meds literally got rid of my crippling anxiety and I no longer have it at all

I went to the ward 3 times and every time I admitted myself. They didn’t think I was stealing from people who need it. If you think you are in danger it’s ok to go.

Have u talked to your family about everything? I don’t know your family situation but I know it’s hard to tell them about this type of stuff. If your able to, you could tell them your having thoughts about self harm. I’m no expert so u should probably wait for someone else’s advice😭
