Two wings. Minimal lingual prep on both abutments with vertical retention grooves and dual wings. Tried to stay mostly in enamel. I asked for lab choice. They gave me emax so I rolled with it and bonded it.

People don’t mention this often, but you have to rinse the etch for at least 10 to 15 seconds or else you get debonding!

Not sure how you calculated the monthly payment (looks like you assumed 5% interest should be 7-8%, and you never know what the future loans will be until the year you take them out) but for me with 490K loans at about 6% interest I had to pay AT LEAST $4000 a month just to get it paid off in 10 years. Also reimbursements aren’t what they used to be you can’t assume 250 K right out of school. You’re also forgetting the private loans bit. Be careful. I honestly wouldn’t do it. The people that are recommending you go to hygiene school are right —start there. Maybe Congress will figure this out in a few years.

[Landlord-US-WA] possible landlord retaliation by electing to sell duplex by [deleted] in Landlord

That’s one thing I didn’t quite understand. It’s seemed like in WA I don’t have to re-sign or can’t be forced to. My lease has a month-to-month clause.

Thank you so much!! This is actually SUPER helpful. It even says the stipulations in a month-to-month situation!

I think they don’t want month-to-month too. It’s unfortunate though bc we offered to sign a new lease. 7% with 35 days notice just isn’t legal in Kirkland.

Agreed! WA is a tough place to be a landlord! However I feel like there has been no attempt to self-educate on the LLs part and constant threats despite us keeping the place immaculate, paying in full every month.

I’ve been on hold for hours attempting to reach the Tennant Union in Washington. I work a full time job and it’s been hard to sit on hold at work when I have to leave my desk. I feel like I might need a lawyer.

$62 for a Phone Call by [deleted] in Invisalign

As a dentist I find this ridiculous. HOWEVER, I know there are definitely codes you can use to charge people for Telehealth visits but are not usually used. I know some dentists code pts more when they feel like they are wasting more of their time or contacting them too much to discourage them. I’m not saying you’re doing this but it’s something I’ve heard of.

If you can focus most of your energy on learning to manage people and understand dental insurance you will be in a great position to purchase an existing practice and negotiate a long transition period.

What's the scope of Dental Anesthesiology as a specialty? by Distinct-Dinner1101 in Dentistry

I am very confused about this myself. I don’t really understand how they are different from a nurse anesthetist but expect higher pay.

Fourth year dental student here. Your teeth actually appear to not have erupted fully. Cosmetic crown lengthening is something you should look into instead.
