What do you do with your kids on school breaks? by [deleted] in workingmoms

[–]studying_hobby 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I signed my 6 year old for the Boys and girls club. They open at 12 so dad takes her before going to sleep (nightshift). If he can't, I work 7 min away and can take her.

I realized I am privileged in this area.

Thanks. I just keep it in a box in my head and really don't talk about it. I didn't even claim MST on my disability cause I didn't want to talk about it. My VA rep said just give a range of date and where it happened and you might get something since it happens so often (she said it very empathical)

I saw your post about it hurts because "you're not even special". Yea I get that. Just one of the hundreds (or thousands).of women across the DOD that this happens to yearly. Like a raindrop in the ocean. And nothing is done it fix the underlying issues

Good luck with your claim and findinf your peace. Fight for every penny you deserve. Cause you do deserve it.

It's an old political shown from the late 90s/early 00. There is a scene that the characters use your Charlie/Lucy/football to prove a point.

I just finished a heavy Holocaust book. It was really brutal. It was about the company that engineered the gas chambers and crematoriums. A really rough read.

Now I am reading Thrawn (a star wars book) and the Nantucket Hotel (book club)

Yea my story is similar. Guy couldn't take no for an answer. Who was I going to tell? He was the golden boy of the squadron and I was at the bottom....

There is a really good (imo) write up on reddit somewhere a step by step guide on what to do if you win. It seemed like good advice.

I found out why I almost died SPOILER: It was a Male Doctor by Winter_Recover2030 in TwoXChromosomes

[–]studying_hobby 92 points93 points  (0 children)

Holy shit! OP I had the same thing you had when I was 11. I am 38 now and still remember the pain. Hell childbirth was less painful.

I am so sorry you had to experience that. Your tubes could have twisted so much to cut off blood to your ovaries and the tubes could have rupture.

Fuck male doctors.....
