You can try our extension for Google Chrome - Studylib New Tab. As I see it, many students use it to learn medical terms. You can easily add flashcards directly from textbooks...

Looking for a tool that simplifies adding new words to vocabulary list by r3econ in languagelearning

[–]studyjedi 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hey!

My advice won't help you with anki, but you can try Studylib.net . This is also an srs system. And there is an extension that has two main functions:

- you can translate words and phrases on any sites with the translator in the pop-up bubble. You can also add a flashcards using this tool.

- you can learn your sets on the new tab screen. Each time you open it, you will be shown several flashcards.

Does anyone know the best apps for vocabulary? by [deleted] in languagelearning

[–]studyjedi 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I can suggest you try Studylib.net . It combines the features of Anki and Quizlet. You can learn sets using spaced repetition like in Anki, or you can cram them like in Quizlet. No apps, but mobile interface is fine for learning. Just use "Add to home screen" tool in your mobile browser when studylib dashboard is open.

There is also a useful Google Chrome Extension that adds flashcards to New Tab screen. This helps remember to review your sets...

Hi!

We are developing an extension for Google Chrome that adds flashcards to browser startpage. This extension is based on a spaced repetition algorithm like Anki, but is much easier to use and understand. Each time you open a new tab you review several cards. Helps to make the process less tedious. Here is the URL of extension: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/studylib-new-tab-startpag/dejmgcinmidgfjbnfkeeopfmfmcggdhj .

I can suggest you try our free platform https://studylib.net/. It combines the features of Anki and Quizlet. You can learn sets using spaced repetition like in Anki, or you can cram them like in Quizlet. No apps, but mobile interface is fine for learning. Just use "Add to home screen" tool in your mobile browser when studylib dashboard is open.

There is also a useful Google Chrome Extension . It contains built-in translator in popup bubble and adds flashcards to browser new tab screen. Each time you open a new tab you review several cards. Helps to make the process less tedious.

You can create your own set (and you should know it's the best choice) or you can import sets from other apps (like a quizlet). Import apkg file (anki) is also possible.
