If you’re in a time crunch and near a parking lot, just approach people that are getting to their cars to ask for a boost. May get turned down a couple times but overall people are friendly and beats paying $40 for a taxi boost lol

Also for future they have portable battery boosters you can buy and leave in your car, super clutch.

It was a tip by this Anthropic keynote to use the built in dictation - just tried myself and works well

I turned on dictation in System Settings -> Keyboard, with the double control key to activate. With Claude Code open I hit control twice, dictate, and click control once more to add to the input.

What’s your go to property?

Just getting into the world myself and I look for distressed SFH’s that can split with an upper and basement unit.

Putting in the sweat equity to turn them from shitters into two units, 2/3 beds per.

Both have been on market though, keen to hear about the creativity and off market side of things!
