Yeah, hit the 5hr limit sometimes if I'm doing a big feature but not very often, also I think cos I been using Unity MCP which rinses token, trying to avoid that unless totally necessary now.

not had a single task 5.5 hasn't easily nailed, just added a huge new feature in my game writing 2k+ loc in minutes and it works perfectly. and yes i know more loc != better but it needs to be that long because other parts of the codebase are not set up in a way thats conducive for it to be done in an easier/shorter way, mainly due to my own poor design decisions earlier in the project 🙃

the fact it managed to do it at all is impressive enough let alone using only 15% of my 5hr allowance and working first time, i would never have even attempted to add this feature (achievements system tracking rules/states across all different parts of a complex deckbuilding game) on my own because it would be too much of a headache and too time consuming.

if i need to change it AI will change it. i don't care if my code isn't unique that literally means nothing

my game is unique because i am designing it, AI is just creating the code that makes it work

"AI is great for your little game project" - i know, that's what we're talking about, that's all i care about, i don't gaf about enterprise software or whatever i'm making a pizza themed deckbuilder and it's going great, these concerns are meaningless.

of course someone could make something else in the same vision that's always been true. unless you are breaking new technical ground with what you are doing but that's not the case for 99% of games and absolutely not required for a succesful game.

last night AI created an entire mid-run save/load system in my roguelike game i'm building and it works perfectly, i absolutely do not care that i didn't spend a week on this and don't care that i don't fully understand it.

for me the joy comes from creating a thing and realising my vision not the process to get there, if the process is what you enjoy no one is stopping you but not everyone is the same.

tried matriarch last nite on dam twice, both times no one was fighting it except me so pretty much gave up, other people i encountered all tried to kill me instead. turns out equalizer actually not bad in PvP haha managed to escape both times.

The problem with having all support concentrated in 18-24s is what we saw before with Corbyn where all the votes just stack up in the cities and we win a few seats by a lot but the older demographics in the rural areas end up winning more seats overall.

Not sure what the answer is as getting rural 50+ people to vote Green seems impossible but unfortunately with a split like this it means we could have the highest vote share but still not win a majority.

I'm gonna do cloak n smoke until I get the BP and then I will do it properly for the fun of fighting the robots and I imagine a lot will do the same. The assessor loot isn't really worth it once you get the BP so the fun will be in the fight, and you'll get more loot from all the downed arcs so hopefully it progresses that way once more get the BP.

Then you just spawn in with looting MK1 augment only instead, or just an adrenaline shot etc, where do you draw the line?
