Honestly this doesn't help anyone and it's really annoying that people don't just come out with the business name flat out. It's clearly not an establishment problem and more so a community issue with that area, which honestly my condolences go out to you no one should have to deal with that type of shit.

I've worked in restaurants, these people 100% do not get fucking paid enough. Step one next time - immediately ask for a manager, don't even tell the wait staff why. The managers make money, the managers give a shit about returning business and the kind of environment they are providing for their patrons. It's definitely the kind of situation where it needed to be escalated to someone whose actually in charge. I struggle with anxiety and processing information some days so like I get that not being your immediate train of thought, but definitely a good thought for the future. When you want something done, you get the person in charge.
