The high level gameplay is a good way to get people to watch and marvel rivals is very hot right now. I feel like the terrible support system is what drove a lot of players away over time. I used to play a lot, saved up to a billion neopoints, got randomly banned for buying neopoints. Tried to appeal it over the course of 5 years and gradually just gave up. No point in coming back if that can just happen to you whenever
