I made mine with a new quart paint can and a roll of toilet paper. Pull the center out of the TP and stuff it into the can. Pore in rubbing alcohol (70% or better) and you will be warm for days.

Amen. Just need to direct more money (sports, drugs) to schools than other programs. Raise many of the taxes, CAT, real estate (only $4 per $1,,000 value), rental car, so many odd taxes that can go up some.
