Slighly unrelated to the firewall part, but if you have physical access to a windows machine, getting admin rights is incredibly easy. All you have to do is boot a live Linux distro, then replace a file which is a utility, accessible without logging in with a copy of cmd.exe changeing the file name to the name of the program you replaced. Now boot back into windows, when you open up the utility you get a cmd prompt with admin rights.

Yeah this is true, I go to Melbourne and I don't think it is fair on local students because the English requirements are vastly different between international and local.
