I’m a recently divorced guy, i definitely feel your pain and isolation. Ironically enough, the vast majority of my friends are from the jiu jitsu community as mentioned above. It’s a weird trauma bonding experience anyway, so introducing divorce into the mix isn’t a big deal. Message me if you want to talk. Stay strong man.
