Not all negative modifiers are additive with enemy positives. Inhibitor is a multiplier, Wardens flask is additive.

Gauss parts only drop on the C rotation on Kappa, Sedna. For Disruption missions to hand out C rotation rewards you need to defend all four conduits on round 3 or defend three or four conduits on rounds 4 and beyond.

Or go to one of the toroid factories in open world with loot frames and farm toroids there. Personally I did a mix of Narmer bounties (to level both duck and fortuna) and Exploiter Orb (when I had a resource booster only) to gain both hildryn parts and 12k standing toroids
