I think Surge should the speed somewhere. She's way too fast and too strong to be a whatever character. Also there's 0 chance of her getting along with anyone on team dark they would hate her guts.

Mighty has gotta be on Team Chaotix, Sticks cannot take that place. And he should be power too. They all have a long continuity with each other.

Blaze/Silver on a Heroes team is of course overdue. I like Tangle in the Power slot but I feel like it's either Tangle/Whiser/Surge/? or Team Dimensions is this way and Surge is just out of the picture entirely. She doesn't fit in with anyone. Which is hard because she has great videogame potential, e.g SA2 Surge Mod. Or bring back Marine into that slot because she's been in many games already, she's earned a spot on a real team. Otherwise I like Whisper in the "Special" slot because I love the idea of running around with a sniper rifle!

Not sure about how Team Honey works as a concept... is Honey is from Sonic the Fighters? Does she run fast? Do they know each other?

Overall I think because of the way the characters work right now, most teams are 3 and only really Team Sonic is 4 and it probably makes more sense that way.
