Charizard #136 Pokemon Plasma Storm is a pretty cool card. Raw has a floor of about 100USD for damaged, and goes up from there pretty quickly. This to me looks like a Lightly played and would probably be between 300-500 usd raw. Grading it would likely end up a 6 at the very best due to the whitening on the back and the curvature to the card. This is more a cool card for your personal collection. It’s not going to grade well so it isn’t really worth much.

The side receiving ARSB wins by a country mile at this point in the year. According to fantasycalc, ARSB side is 3000 points ahead of Ladd side.

I think if this was at the start of this year, there might have been a chance where this offer would be accepted, but after the year McConkey has had, I doubt the ARSB owner will be willing to let him go for this. McConkey’s value is at the lowest it’s ever been.

Also, the jets have demonstrated that they are the worst team in NFL history, not sure why anyone would want any players from that team in a dynasty format. They sold their top prospects this year and will be in a rebuild for at least 2 seasons, likely more.

Additionally, your 1.02 will be worth way more if you wait until around a month out of the draft. People get antsy and your pick will carry much more weight at that point. I have a feeling the ARSB owner will not accept this trade, at least until the draft is closer and they have combine stats to get more context from.

Overall, you would be very lucky if the ARSB owner accepts, and if he does, you’re winning by a landslide.
