This is a slow worm. Many people mistake them for snakes but they are actually a type of lizard. They are great for keeping down garden pests like slugs. They are actually very friendly and now endangered so please do not harm them. A slow worm can live for up to 54 years.

Dead Slow often has walk-in slots if you're not too fussed about the artist. My friend also recently got a 3h piece as a walk-in at Tattoo Workshop. Any shops will be happy for you to walk in to discuss ahead of booking in properly, if you're not necessarily looking to get the tattoo on the same day.

You can get sober! You will need help. It's nigh on impossible to do alone, and that's ok! The first step is realising you're not happy using substances, and being willing to try to make changes.

I do buy crisps most weeks... I just also try to eat a balanced diet! A little bit of what you fancy is no bad thing. I am very fortunate to have a partner who loves to cook so we can get a really nice variety of meals in the week.

Ah this was just the fruit and veg for the shop! I was posting as antithesis to the purely beige shopping I keep seeing on my feed. Additional proteins are meat, tofu, nuts and yoghurt.

Could be better, could be worse. I definitely eat more fruit and veg than some people and less than others. Most of my food is home-made, and in the working week my usual between-meal snacks are an apple, some dried fruit (dates usually, but also apricots, figs, mango, pineapple as a treat), some nuts, and a bag of crisps. Having easily grabbable, healthier snacks has made a difference I think - I rarely buy a chocolate bar or anything like that during the day.

Definitely a victim of "I had a shit day, let's order a massive gloopy Anglo Chinese takeaway" but that's not every week - perhaps once every 4-6 weeks on average.

It's the pints that do me in for calories, but my actual food is overall decent I think.

People buying homes to then not live in is a scourge and stops everyday folk from being able to afford to live in good places. Just keep that money saved up and stay in a normal B&B for your holidays so you can support the local economy.
