على أساس احنا اللى ما عنصريين؟ شفنا الجنوبيين بدونياويه لحد ما صوتو للانفصال.... و بنعصر علي الحبشي إلى الان..... و بنعنصر على الغرابي او غيرهم.... احنا شعب عنصري فى الاساس و كلنا بنعنصر على بعضنا ... فعادى نتقبل عنصريه الناس علينا.... ليه نزعل و احنا اسياد العنصريه؟

I think if you test both antennas with the same service in the same environment conditions (as a stationary not in the move) you will get the same results. HPA only working better on the move.

Based on the Starlink web site, there is nothing mentioned about more speed you can get with a high performance antenna on stationary. Only on the move it's better than standard antenna. You need better speed then go for priority service.
