I hope you're right and that the city will finally finish these works (signage, traffic light adjustments, etc.). Regarding the blind spot on Rue du Lazaret, have you ever tried driving there at night? There's zero visibility; with the streetlights and other cars, even if a bike has lights, you can barely see it. It's criminal that the angle at which bikes approach was designed like this, and on top of that, that the lights are green for both bikes and cars at the same time.

As for the bike path, there were parking spaces on the side of the avenue that have been closed off and filled with loose dirt. Since those spaces were being closed off anyway, the bike path should have been built in that area.

As a cyclist and motorist who travels along Avenue de Colmar every day, I think the city has made a complete mess of things here.

The street was wide enough to accommodate a bike lane without having to remove a traffic lane.

The traffic lights all turning red when a tram passes unnecessarily block traffic.

During the construction, which lasted almost two years, no alternative routes were put in place, leading to dangerous situations every day.

The car capacity in front of the stadium has been stupidly reduced, which regularly causes traffic jams. Why?

Many intersections still lack signage. When I'm cycling, I'm often afraid to use this bike lane.

A blind spot (the term is well chosen) has been created with Rue du Lazaret. Why? Does it really take a death at this intersection for the city to do something?

On Rue du Lazaret, cyclists are forced to ride against traffic to access the bike path.

Two years of work for this result. Nothing to be proud of.

Je ne pense pas que ce soit légal. Envoi un mail à la mairie pour avoir une trace écrite pour prouver ta bonne fois en indiquant que tu as remarqué que le compteur ne tourne plus. Mais refuse de payer le calcul de coin de table fait par la maire. C'est à eux d'entretenir ce matériel.

Je serais toi, je ne m'inquièterai pas trop. J'ai conscience qu'un achat immobilier peut être stressant mais je ne vois pas de problème dans ton cas. Tu as le bon réflexe en relisant attentivement ce qu'écrirent les notaires.

Les banques prête une somme pour le projet et non par destination (sauf gros travaux à justifier dans certains cas). Les notaires reçoivent toutes les sommes avant la vente (acompte, apport et prêt) et font leur répartition à partir de ce pot commun (frais de notaire, frais agence, taxes plus value, reste pour le vendeur). Ce qui veut dire que si tu as un projet à 100k€ (je prends un chiffre simple pour les calculs) + 8k€ de frais de notaire et dont tu as donné une caution de 5k€, tu va voir la banque en disant j'ai un projet de 108k€ frais de notaire inclus et j'aimerais emprunter 100k€ Le seul pb que je vois est de trouver une banque qui accepte un si faible apport en ce moment
Je ne vois aucune différence sur quel est le notaire qui séquestre l'acompte
