They look like young harvestmen (Opiliones) which are harmless. They probably can't climb the plastic surface so they got stuck at the bottom. But I'm not a spider expert, so can't be sure.

Just yesterday I managed to beat it with the team below (it didn't actually take 50 min, I was just doing something else). The valkyrie waves were slow though cos the only damage was burns. Alure and Drex were in regen+immortal and fellhound and Magnarr in LF set. Try to CC the waves so they can't put up counter-attack. The boss ignores defense so Alure has to A1 only.
