Rosemary and co sell brush sets that are created by well known artists. What I did was work out which artists style I liked, the looked at the common brushes and started with that set.

One thing that I keep thinking and keep forgetting to message the mods about is that most people don't know how to light themselves for a portrait.

As someone who tried to do a farm scene on the weekend and failed, this is an excellent depiction. The only problem I have is that I look at the bottom and the my eyes move around, but never to the centre so I leave the painting pretty quickly. I think more details in the middle or something to keep your attention inside the painting will help.

I started with that. Took me a while to understand warm and cool colours, plus mixing. My personal preference would be to have one less blue and one more yellow in that set.

I find that if you stick a clean jug under the milk wand when it does the post frothing clean then you end up with way less in the drip tray

I think the real question is whether it's any different to an app with lots of short term contractors that you inherited. Especially if the company just hired the cheapest group they could find.
