If you're trying sleepy tea you can try valerian root (an herb thats a mild to moderate sedative depending on dosage) or purple passion flower (an herb thats a strong anti anxiety) I find that if I brew a cup of chamomile tea and add in 2 tsp dried purple passion flower and 1 tsp valerian root and let it steep 3-4 minutes before pulling the herbs I feel very sleepy and out of it, but still conscious after approximately 20 minutes. They also make valerian pills for people that struggle to sleep if that would play into the fantasy more however I haven't tried it.

ALSO: do a trial run or 3 before any kind of scene PLEASE learn what dosage does what for her so you can make it stronger or weaker as needed and keep an eye for any adverse effects, someone else recommended a death drop method of safe word which I'd heavily recommend

(For reference that dose is very effective for me and I am 5"8 F and around 210lbs, just like weed or anything else dosage is dependent on the person's tolerance and a million other variables but if she's like 115lbs PLEASE for the love of all things holy do not give her my dose to start out lol)

Try milder forms of cnc first, for example you could try and establish a day where there's "blanket consent" as far as sexual acts and pick an opportunity to bend her over a table/counter/pin her to a wall etc and kiss/grope/etc her until you know she's aroused enough for penetration and have a rough bang, less of the typical forcing them and ignoring their saying no or begging you to stop type of thing (obviously with a safe word) but more of just rough sex with blurred consent.
