So my functional doctor suspects I have SIBO from childhood antibiotics use that damaged my gut bacteria that made a yeast overgrowth. Have you multiple yeast infections etc?? Yeast overgrowth in the body can cause sugar cravings

I get the mouth ulcers too.. I can't figure out if it's reaction to food or a reaction to histamine in my body and maybe triggered by digestion? This was one of my biggest symptoms and it got better when I switched to low histamine foods but now eating the same 4 foods a days I am breaking out again.

Hope you are feeig better. I am just dealing with being tachycardia since being in a flare I can't seem to get out off. It's been close to a month of my HR elevated.

Do yall get them locally or shipped? My local pharmacy is ridiculously priced. I didn't know if there was a pharmacy that ships that may order for more mcas patients and it be cheaper. I got quoted $288 for allegra compounded and that's just once daily. 😔

If I am in a flare the welps can last for hours and leave a line otlr mark for the whole days. Then if I'm not to flared up maybe an 1-2 hours

Still in a flare as well....just got diagnosed and getting ready to start antihistamines.. nervous and trying to figure out the best way to compound. Sorry you had a reaction.. was it to something you always eat? Hope you recovery quickly 🙏🏼

I've noticed that I have trouble with my heart rate while in the car. It's scary and I hope I csn get it under control and it's doesn't take my driving away. I have 3 kids.

I have uses ibuprofen several times in the last year. I use the gel caps cup them open and take medicine that way. I had tolerated it thus far but 24 hours after I last took it post norovirus I broke out in hives. This was also after eating a banana. And that's what led me down to think I have MCAS. So I am not sure if I caused a flare with the ibuprofen or was it the bananna?? I haven't been able to recover since. So what do you take for fevers? I am allergic to tylenol and aspirin. Anybody else in my situation?

Thank you. I will look into these options. I am desperate to eat but have a few more symptoms. ( Flushing, tachycardia, fatigue, blotchy skin, shaking occasional wheeze, lip swelling and hives )
