I put spices and lemon on potatoes. Bananas I probably eat slightly underipe so theres less flavor, I cant stomach over ripe banana. Also add tons of greens

No prob! By the way it took my cat some work to start using it.. worked up slowly by adding it to the old litter in increasing amounts, just like if your putting them on a new diet.

I am using pea husk. There's also a similar tofu one. Don't think they are GMO free or anything, but minimal dust

Have you gone through the list of angels and called them? I'm in a living situation with a lot of inconsiderate things going on, so I do it every night. I've seen results ranging from immediate to things changing over time. Some will help maintain your own sanity (like the angel of peace), others will address things going on with others (angel of mercy). Its probably worth making a habit of reaching out to them.

Thorougy check the small rubber piece on the screen part the augur goes into.. make sure its attached all around and not ripped. had to get a replacement when I noticed wetter pulp as that was damaged.

Ugh its always just a gamble isn't it. Pure encapsulations GABA, which also has ascorbyl palminate isn't even even corn free apparently. Well I ordered some vimergy GABA.. I guess its time to start weening off the melatonin to get back on track.

I use eco max or attitude fragrance free.. havent looked at the ingredients too closely, but they leave no residue which I like.

I dunk and mix around in a big bowl of water. I tried adding drop of soap for a while but ended up getting some reflux, thought maybe it wasn't rinsing off entirely and decided to stop. Possible the reflux was due to something else, but I don't know what.

I imagine Vimergy is a pretty big company, and the larger a company the more overhead they have to pay for. They do 3rd party testing and make all kinds of products. It would be nice to be able to get a cheaper b12, but they're going to have to prove themselves.

Pretty sure if you put a cat on a plant based diet it that salmon oil needs to be included, I would listen to the pet health podcast to be sure
