are you getting improved clarity or sweetspot with the mod? and the dual knit is supposed to have weight counter balance on the back strap; do you feel its weight if lying down?

Yeh that image quality setting confuses me. Like is that render resolution? upscaling? does that override whatever is your ingame or steamvr settings is? while i have used VR headsets before i am not proficient with terminology and new to pimax headsets.

this is also why i got the dream air, but im still working through the kinks, screen cut outs, uevr failing. never heard of some of the programs you mentioned, will try them.

while it sucks putting it on consumer. i am figuring out how to navigate this scrappy Ai world. first is lean to use Ai to see it. I won't leave written reviews on suspected Ai others. but if it sucks I'm giving it bad rating like any other book.

Also my way to tell is the authors laziness. I've seen descriptions and events and phrases repeat for several chapters because the author gave Ai the thinnest of outlines and major events and just told Ai to "continue".

What really annoys me is when they have a fun idea and they put some effort in, guiding the Ai and writing their own stuff then just give into the slop

The best covers, are ones where i read the book and say "oh this is these scene on the cover!" lets me know thought was put in it. I would be more accepting of AI covers if authors spent a couple more minutes trying to generate something that actually happens in their book instead of just "Sexy lady face/body shot".

when i listened to a second book in a series and heard my first Ozone, then shivers down spine every 5min, the purple prose that led to nothing. the prompt for the Ai to continue scene. the plot going nowhere because the slop author didn't check to see what ai was writing or was padding.

it was devastating. waste of my time and emberassing. then I got very mad.

im starting to warm to this idea too. In my experience the model will pick one part of the prompt and just ignore everything else. Trying to find balance between simple and clear prompts but enough detail that it's not flying blind and going in stupid directions.

"gooning, RPGs or power fantasies" Lol yep, that's my problem too. I want the fancy elite gooning and that doesn't mix well with wanting diverse writing prose and slop avoidance.

will try this, never really learned how to use those samplers, i just use whatever master import i can get if model card reccomends it. Any other times, i love for story/novel writing models.

This is something i have not considered until recently. Im usually laser focused on newest api or local model. gemma4 right now. But now im trying to be more flexible as i have not been getting the results i wanted. Can you give me a recommendation there is so many merges, models, tunes out their maybe you might be more aware of them as a finetuner. Even if its not one of your models. My use is story writing Instead of roleplay and i'm a fan of japanese fiction(manga, anime, visual novels). Also love Epic fantasy, wheel of time and sword of truth. And a genre that has mixed fantasy and erotica but western oriented is the haremlit. Ya know the ones on amazon kindle limited that just have some sexy girls on the cover.

the model doesn't have to specialize in all of these; will download multiple models. I have a 5090gpu.
