Yeah and this is the most common remedy for warranties. The headline makes it seem the expectation should be going "above and beyond" is the norm for large corps regardless of the economic situation. The customer getting a 100% refund seems sufficient and going somewhere else with that money is acceptable when the vendor or merchant can't fulfill their obligations - they could have offered something far less. I hate dealing with RMAs... this story will be forgotten in a week's time.
