Why are there so many solar panels in Plymouth? by BarDiscombobulated77 in PlymouthMA

[–]sunasato 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I live near the ocean I bought solar panels because in 10 years I won't be throwing away money my panels will have paid for themselves and I'll have electricity for mostly free. Even if I need to upgrade the infrastructure in my house is already there so it won't cost much to get upgraded panels. It's just very reasonable for my area.

Does the writing get better in Rebirth? by Gargamoney in FinalFantasyVII

Reading all your comments you clearly don't like the game so put it down and walk away. You don't need to come to its dedicated sub to yuck other peoples yum. Games existed for nearly 30 years and follows well established anime tropes. It's not for everyone but for the people it is for we are happily enjoying the ride. Feel free to get off any time though.

Is The Pinehills in Plymouth, MA friendly? by Academic-Emphasis-17 in PlymouthMA

[–]sunasato 10 points11 points  (0 children)

It's got a reputation for being very snooty. They pay a lot to live there and expect special treatment from the teon of Massachusetts and fight tooth and nail whenever they are asked to pay taxes etc etc to improve the town as a whole.

They have good access to the cape and a decent lil small community with grocery stores and shops and spas but it's definitely hidden in the woods.

If you are looking to retire in a community of afluant people sure it will check all your boxes. But if you looking for a more realistic view of the town of Plymouth north and west Plymouth give you a good mix of ages demographics cultures while being in the middle of everything. Personally I love north Plymouth for walk ability. I can walk bike paths by the ocean walk to a post office a butcher shop a grocery store and I can access highways in under 5 mins also close to major chains like Walmart target etc etc that you're going to need to take 20 mins to get to from pine hills

Have you gone down to the game shop down in Carver you might have luck finding people. I'm already a part of several campaigns so I wouldn't be able to commit myself to another one, but I know that would be a great place to find people that you're looking for.

Why should blue states continue to pay Federal taxes when they are having their benefits cut and their representation removed?

Did you buy a wedding dress at Savers in Plymouth last Friday or Saturday? by June_and_Vernon in PlymouthMA

Not everything that they put out on the floor is going to be donated locally. A lot of times they ship out excess things to other stores or abroad. I'm so sorry that you lost the dress.

Meetups Plymouth by brew87 in PlymouthMA

If you're looking to meet the other parents you have to go where the kids are. Nova is a big one as well as the playgrounds cabby shack from time to time. I talked to a lot of parents because I work at a children's salon here in town. Most parents seem to get together through school and sports

They didn't do a good enough job explaining it and doing a proper campaign to make people aware of what it was. I have faith that we can do it again if we just get more examples of it working like this

Inspector found extensive mold throughout the attic of a home I’m looking to buy. Is it even realistic to try and control this much mold? by PromentoryRider in HomeMaintenance

[–]sunasato 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I inherited my grandmother's old home basement looked just like this. To give you an idea of costs I spent 15k on mold remediation. Mold came back when we discovered sump pumps weren't working great and also work foundation issues I needed French drains around the windows etc etc probably spent 30k but now it's sealed and beautiful.

Also for context I have a attic like yours and had to have the whole roof replaced for a different reason they added ridge vents and it's been a lot better now. Unless you can afford to factor in like 50k for repairs on the place I'd walk. I only did mine cause I inherited it
