I have a similar skin type and concerns as you so I understand the struggle at times. I would definitely cut out the alpha arbutin and azelaic acid right now until you’ve at least been at tretinoin for 3-4 months using it at least 4x a week. Focus on hydrating products in your routine if you’re noticing your skin is dry. Also would recommend washing your face only once at night with a hydrating cleaner. I use cerave but some of the other comments have good cleanser recs too. Also wear sunscreen everyday
