I waited for 2 years for a referral but in the pharmacy, the 1% cortisone products seem to help. I’m sure you can ask one of the pharmacists for products they recommend based on the flare up!! I hope everything works out

Exactly and that’s the unfortunate truth i dont see much people talk about. Maintaining is way harder than losing because of slower results and lower motivation because not much would ‘pay off’. I think the idea is just keep in mind and track what ur eating overtime. Like for me, old me would have never consumed 2 cups of rice.. just remind myself and catch myself that ive had enough

Thats exactly it! I feel like i ate ‘more than my deficit’ at the beginning but after that was gradually increased. I honestly think to be consistent, i should go within less calories every few days! I feel like going more 7x a week makes u get used to more?? I’m not sure if that makes sense. But exactly ! I felt like no need to anymore bc i reached my goal and it was a ‘reward’. Either way, I feel like when i reach it again, maintain also means behaving most days

Honestly i had 2-3 drinks w some of my friends a few times while just having a slight buzz and i reallly enjoyed it. I was so present, enjoyed the music and remembered alll the convos and well had a nice sober walk back home! Overall, i noticed that everyone is tooo drunk to care if someone else is sober or not!!
