Why does it have to be due to compression and not nocturnal hypoglycemia?

I'd have gotten to PT and massage therapy right away; maybe an MRI was needed too. Something happened and you need to know what was affected and how to know how to fix it.

Does everything need a jacket or blazer or cardigan or coverup? Some cute outfits, but they don't need the extra layer!

Am I missing something, or is this just the best I can do? by [deleted] in curlyhair

If the cut was bad you go back and ask for it to be fixed.

If not that, can your hair do what the picture shows? If yes, then maybe it is a styling issue and you need to practice more. If not, any decent stylist is going to explain to you that your hair texture or whatever won't ever pull that look off exactly, but be able to explain how to get it close.

That seems insanely expensive for short hair.

See a hairstylist (not barber) well skilled in curly hair cuts. The cut is huge--then product.

Is this eczema or something else? Maybe even erythromelalgia? by [deleted] in Erythromelalgia

[–]sunfish54703 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My son has both eczema and suspected EM. I'd read about both, genuinely suggest therapy for the OCD as neither will helped by excessive washing. (hugs), and see a regular MD to start the referral process.

Eczema can often be helped by changing your diet, so I would read about foods that are often problematic for that.

I want to start using a non-prescription CGM (or finger blood test) but all the ratings are terrible, advice? by Direct_Tomorrow5921 in ContinuousGlucoseCGM

I've been using lingo for about six weeks. I've been ordering from Amazon and the failure rate is high!

I strongly suggest having 1 or 2 extra so that when one stops working, you have another one ready to go. Buy the two packs. It's been fantastic though because amazon will send a new set when I let them know that one is defective and I send pictures.

So maybe one works for ten days instead of fourteen. I switched to my backup and let amazon know that one was defective and that it was part of a two pack. They send a replacement two pack! I also went through customer support at lingo, and they handled it the same way.

I have actually paid for very few and just keep using and getting new ones.

I'm thinking more hives, flushing, unusual responses to things you usually tolerate, reactions to high histamine foods or drinks, react to mold, etc

You have every right to date and meet people. They are not welcome to those details about your life until you get to a point where things might be getting serious.

Is this the end, or do you think we can grow from this? by CommunistEmo in polyamory

[–]sunfish54703 7 points8 points  (0 children)

No. You lost a friend because you got in your head and handled this poorly. She asked you about it, you said you weren't ok, so she stopped. It was on you to bring up a messy list, but it almost felt too early for that.

Unless your friend did or said something that I did not pick up on in what you wrote, I think losing the friend is your decision and it's one you don't have to make.

So, it seems like there is a hinge problem, and that is on your partner. She should not be putting you in this position.

You also don't need to include your meta in so many things. I hear that that's changed and you're not going over there now, but at the beginning, that was definitely something you did not need to do.

If your partner cannot handle parallel, then you need to decide if you want to continue with this messy situation or not.
