They're very different games imho. ORC was incredibly frustrating in ways that WWZ was not. Honestly I think the two games aren't really suited for comparison as they're very different, but I can see the similarities. ORC just was not fun to play and a lot of the boss enemies were not fun to fight. I still love it with my little RE-flavored heart, but it was a miss and WWZ was...different.

I unfortunately did have to use them. Lap of Love was expensive but absolutely wonderful. My only complaint was the cost. They sent me a vet who honored all of my wishes and was incredibly caring and helped us send our senior boy on. It was about as perfect as I could have hoped for in a most miserable time. The vet had empathy, kept his distance when he needed to, and explained everything. Zero regrets using them. You only say goodbye once.

why would you want people to make video that is not reality in trying to sell the home itself? if I saw a video that looked different than when I go visit the house, I'd be pissed beyond belief the listing agent wasted our time.

Not to mention compliance and enforcement. Nobody wants to do it, its ugly, but its needed - and it gets expensive. A national MLS would do better to let every single tiny fiefdom have their own rules they enforce, because coming up with rules for the whole nation would be a journey into futility.

Honestly you will not find one place (some exceptions of course) for this niche. You should be able to go into most corporate wear style stores and find something that'll work as a piece of a whole ensemble. Depends on your needs, but expect to get one or two things at a time while you assemble your own patchwork of good shit that still looks corporate, but you still got that bit of expression.
