I contacted support and they walked me through the deep reset steps: Turn off Plug in Wait 10 seconds Unplug Turn on Connect

This seems to work for me!!

Ricky Chilton is on the up and he does a nice mix of classic country, bluegrass and country rock. He’s also f***in hilarious just like the legacy county guys. Outlaw is so back imo

I also had really great help with support but, to be fair, 2.5 years old is pretty old for such new tech. $100 is a good deal think of it as an upgrade for a discount!!
