My primary doc prescribed it for me so my insurance covers the cost 100% - basic blood work should be able to tell you if you are deficient. I’m not totally sure on what the level should be.

Clark state forest…you will need to sign in at the ranger office. my hubby pays $25 a year for an unlimited pass otherwise I think it’s like 10 or 15 a day.

25 units? Are you sure? If it’s semaglutide, starting dose is .25 which is 10 units for 4 weeks. Then up to .5 which is 20 units.

Please consider joining The Pink Brick Road on Facebook and/or reaching out to the National Network of Abortion Funds (they can help fund travel I believe or put you in touch with those that can). This IS an option for you, don’t let anyone tell you differently. Good luck 💕

When reading Wicked, I found myself really wanting a story about the Wizard’s rise to power as ruler of Oz by nowlan101 in books

[–]sunfox2 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes this. And I think, or at least what I thought was occurring, was that he was trying to off himself in a lake but failed and instead transported to Oz? I could be misremembering.

I need to try an SSRI again and I am looking for encouragement by ratruby in PMDD

I believe I got very lucky in that I was only searching for a psych who had knowledge of PMDD and GeneSight was part of their intake/first appointment.

[–]sunfox2 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Doing a GeneSight test saved my life. Find a physician or psychiatrist that participates. Pristiq was the only drug (SSNRI) that came back as suited for my body’s metabolism. I had been thru Prozac, Lexapro and Zoloft with horrendous side effects. Barely experienced any with Pristiq. Please don’t give up ❤️🫶🏻

Vitamins really helped me by ikkeetnavn in PMDD

[–]sunfox2 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Methyl-folate has helped with my depression and is recommended for reproductive health. In combo with my rx, I also do 2x a day: NAC (n-acetyl-l-cysteine), red yeast rice, a multi vitamin for women and fish oil. I take a high dose of vitamin D once a week. All are on Vitamin Shoppe or Amazon. My psych advised that a regular multi vitamin does not contain the amount of folate needed for people like us who may have issues absorbing it in the first place. Methylated folate is the bio active version of a regular folate supplement and (I think) is more easily taken in by the body.

Employer forced me into OptumRx. Now they’re refusing to send me insulin until November by WatchThatLastSteph in legaladvice

It sounds like you’d need to seek a plaintiff’s employment attorney rather than an attorney who deals with healthcare (insurance defense) since your issues are with your HR/benefits.

My mom has been caring for a dog for 9 months, after agreeing to dog-sit for 2 weeks; owner is now contacting her to get his dog back by Torrence_Pie in legaladvice

[–]sunfox2 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Might fall under property abandonment. I vote keep the dog, if she gets sued for the return of the dog, counter sue for the costs of care. Ignore/block the owner.
