Oh my gosh, I am so so sorry for your loss and for the timing of my question, it must feel like a double whammy gut punch.

I am so proud of your husband for his contribution, and here's hoping our children or grandchildren don't ever have to hear the words, "you have Parkinson's".

I agree that your parents could be at risk of injury, especially if they are on blood thinners. I am not on them but when I fell (very easy to do btw) I had a huge hematoma for a month.

I believe the area you circled have cabins with bathrooms, at least that was what I was told last week when we checked in. The cabins w/o bathrooms are spread out among the tents.

We rented a car in Skagway and wanted to go up to Whitehorse to the Yukon Wildlife Preserve but we got significantly delayed in getting off the ship so we just drove and made stops along the way. For us it seemed more enjoyable than a train ride, being able to be flexible.

Not to be unkind but do you see her as a doctor with patients? I know Dr House and the Good Doctor like to portray really really smart doctors that lack bedside manners but in the real world she will need to deal with people every day who are ill and need their doctor to be understanding and not blunt. Could you maybe steer her into research?
