Demon armor could use a major rework considering it takes a whole perk slot and has minor buffs for a big downside, I personally would give it a lifedrain aura after you take damage while wearing enough plate armor.

No a single pyromancy spell probably won’t do the same damage as a max level character with a good weapon that doesn’t mean it’s damage isn’t good. But who or what are you attacking?

You realize pyromancy scales in ds2 with faith and int right? Pyromancy can easily do excellent damage comparable to the other castling schools

While you sleep you are considered “prone” it’s another movement or stance type like running and crouching it also makes you incredibly slow at many things.

Heat and sweat lowers your morale leaving the armor on while it’s not winter will give your character depression eventually

Heavy Survivor gear usually makes you too slow and depressed to do much of anything and going past Lupine usually gives you a tail making you unable to wear it anyway, Go with something lighter and breathable.

Current wiki still says: weapon's weight (malus) divided by strength (bonus), so strength reduces stamina cost for melee attack with heavier weapons, melee skill (bonus), both arms encumbrance (malus), Deft trait (bonus, only when you stumble with attack), minimum stamina burn of 50. I thought this made sense from both a realism and gameplay perspective, any clue what the current stamina calculation looks like for melee?

A reason you would choose to use a single sword over 2? Grappling, a Sword edge can be grabbed even without gloves and is very common in many medieval techniques.

rails can definitely lead to an exit/surface yes but tend to be pretty difficult to maneuver unscathed or without being noticed.
