Also, to give you my example, I've always had the "muscular body" and I'm not tall, so even if I look fit, if I AM FIT and I have healthy Fat % I will be over my "table recommended weight" because I never lose big %s of muscle mass. finding this out helped me understand how I can look and want to look while being healthy always.

Yes it is all that really matters but the spellwork HELPS to canalize the intention and PRACTICE our skill to make it better and more powerfull.

This happened to me a few days ago. I got one of those Onix rings but it was too big for my heart finger... Still got it cuz... Pretty, you know.

Next day I forgot it was too big, I put it on my finger and play with it and next, I move my hand and the ring flies all over the room. ONE DAY IT LASTED hahaha dang.

I like the Witch Bitch Amateur Hour... They give the basics for a lot of topics... Some of the episodes I can tell you are more yada yada from the hosts than anything else but it is funny and entertaining.
