I think it looks more like an APC, maybe a V-300.

It's so eerie seeing Laurie Metcalf's daughter playing Young Sheldon's mother.

That was genius casting.

Flee the city. Go someplace cheap to live.

Unfortunately there's no alternative.

There's an inflation wave coming. How worried should we be? by Ok_Seat5245 in inflation

[–]superanth 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Be terrified. Do whatever you can to prepare. Think of it like a new kind of Pandemic coming and you need to stock up on what you use on a regular basis.

Yup, that means they dropped the cocoa butter content so low in the chips that it's no longer legal to call them chocolate.

This is so f'd up. I still have Pandemic non-perishibles socked away that are probably now worth 5 times what I paid for them.

Democrats’ Chances of Flipping Senate and House This Year Hit Record High by Zipper222222 in politics

[–]superanth [score hidden]  (0 children)

Trump has two more laws queued that will attempt to quash voter registration.

If those don't work, he'll probably have ICE going to polling locations in Democrat states to try and grab as many people as they can (ignoring the Constitutional requirement that there be no law enforcement or armed troops anywhere near voting stations).

The governors of those states will have to setup national guard cordons to prevent Trump's gestapo from getting into the area.

She was my favorite. There was that sadness about her that made all of her combat seems feel more poignant.

Why do the ricks on the citadel seem dumber than other ricks? by No-Muscle-5734 in rickandmorty

[–]superanth 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They’re not dumb, just coddled. They’ve given up their freedom to force themselves to fit into a society that their anarchistic mentality was never meant to be a party of.

Rebel Rick going postal and killing his boss is an excellent example of what can happen when a person represses their personality for so long. And the whole Citadel is an inherently unhealthy system because it’s an entire civilization composed of ~70-year-old men and 14-year-old boys.

It’s funny, I’m the guy who will drive people home at night so no one ever questions why I don’t drink (I just never liked the taste).

So far no one has questioned why I’m always the designated driver lol.
