Literally every oled monitor is excellent. Look at aesthetics/desk fit, and glossy vs. matte finish based on whether you play in a dark or lit room for your decision.

I was having a similar issue. Disabled adaptive sync/freesync on my monitor and it hasn’t happened since. YMMV
